IRATA Training Safety above all

We offer an officially recognised training course with training facilities for practical experience

IRATA and Height Specialists

IRATA is an organization with a proven safe working method for all work at height. Height Specialists is a proud member of IRATA and has been an IRATA certified training center for over 10 years. In our training center in Bergschenhoek we offer training for IRATA level 1, 2 and 3. Partly due to the atmosphere within the organization and the quality of our trainers, the success rate is well above 95%.

Update: Measures COVID-19
Good news! As of June, our training center is open again! We are happy to welcome everyone again. Of course, this will be accompanied by appropriate measures to ensure your safety and that of our employees:

Hopefully we will see each other again soon in good health!

Every month we offer IRATA training courses. With the use of rope techniques (rope access), you learn how to work at height safely. A course lasts from Monday to Friday. During this week you will gain theoretical knowledge and often practice in the ropes. Exercise, practice, practice: you learn what to do in common situations. In our training room are all necessary materials, as well as a diversity of installations that you might encounter in practice.

On Friday you will end the training with an exam: an independent (external) examiner will assess your progress.

  • Our success rate is over 95%
  • An IRATA certificate is valid for 3 years
  • Worldwide recognition for levels 1, 2 and 3

The dates of IRATA courses provided at Height Specialists are negotiable to suit potential candidates, please look at customized training.
